Answered before you ask

Before You Write

When’s the right week to book?

As soon as the last trades leave and the space is dressed — before it’s furnished by tenants or worn by use. A newly finished building holds its intended light for a season; that’s the window we work to. Give us three or four weeks of notice and we’ll hold the day that best suits the sun on your elevations.

What do you need from us?

Access, a completion date, and where the images will end up. Drawings or a floor plan help us pre-plan the shot list — but they’re a bonus, not a requirement.

How fast is delivery?

Ten working days from the shoot for a graded, retouched set — sooner if a press deadline is bearing down and you say so up front.

Do you travel?

Across the Merrimack Valley & Greater Boston as standard. Beyond 40 miles of Chelmsford, travel is quoted plainly at the day rate — never buried in the invoice.

Who owns the pictures?

You get a written licence for portfolio, press & marketing — web and print — in every set. Want a specific right beyond that? Ask, and we’ll write it in.
