The shoots
Four hours on site for a single discipline — an interior suite or one clean elevation. We scout, level, and work the shot list while the light is right, then correct verticals in the frame rather than stretching them later.
A whole building in a day — inside and out, structure and detail, plus a twilight exterior when the sky earns one. This is the record most architects and developers keep on file: consistent, complete, one grade end to end.
Four shoot days spread across the year, priority scheduling, and a running portfolio graded to one hand — so a season of completions reads as one body of work, not four separate guesses. For firms delivering more than one building a season.

Every shoot day is priced whole. These are the extras a particular building sometimes asks for — quoted plainly, added to the day, never buried per-image in the invoice.
Travel inside 40 miles of Chelmsford is already in the day rate. Beyond that, we quote at the day rate — no surcharge maths, just the honest number.
From door to delivery
Step one
You send the building, its completion date, and where the images will live. We reply with a light plan, a shot list and a firm quote — usually the same week.
Step two
We walk the rooms before we shoot them, reading where morning finds the stair and where the elevation wants dusk. You unlock the door; the building does the rest.
Step three
Tethered, level, room by room. Verticals corrected in the frame, exposures held for the material — no stylists you didn’t ask for, no fixing it in the grade later.
Step four
Every image graded by hand so the set reads as one building. Delivered inside ten working days with a written licence for portfolio, press and marketing.
On what you’re paying for
A day rate isn’t a headcount of frames. It buys the patience to wait for the right hour — and the licence to use what patience found.
Before you book

Because the number of frames a building gives up depends on its light, not our stopwatch. Paying for a day buys the scout, the wait for the right hour, and a graded set — 15 on the half day, up to 40 on the survey — without a per-image meter running in the background.
Once the building is genuinely finished — furniture placed, protective film off, snags closed. Scaffolding photos and half-dressed rooms don’t belong in a folio. If handover is a moving target, book provisionally and we’ll lock the date when the site is ready.
Every set ships with a written licence for portfolio, press and marketing use across web and print, for the commissioning firm. Third-party press or developer resale beyond that is available as an extended licence — quoted plainly, never assumed.
Regularly — across the Merrimack Valley and Greater Boston. Travel inside 40 miles of the studio is already in the day rate. Beyond that we quote the additional day rate up front, with no per-mile surcharges hidden in the invoice.
The same photographer who scouted the building and who grades every frame afterward — no rotating crew, no unfamiliar hands on the file. You unlock the door and leave us to the light; we work quietly, room by room.
